Venice 5 Bids, Quotes & Bid Tabulation is an optional module which extends the capabilities of the Purchasing Management application.
This module provides a simple method to help buyers manage the complex bidding process. Factoring in an organization's own criteria for determining "best value," the Bid module uses a quick and easy method for visually comparing multiple vendor quotes, allowing buyers to make rapid decisions and create full or partials awards to one or more vendors.

Generate qualified list of vendors for bid solicitation based on commodity codes.

Enter vendor’s quote at item level for comprehensive, color-coded bid tabulation.
