Venice 5 Repair Order Module is an optional module that builds on the capabilities of the Capital Asset Management and Inventory Management applications. This module brings together processes and data to help our customers strategically manage their repairable assets. The Repair Order Module is designed with our customer's Repair Depot in mind, providing key decision making information on asset repair history, warranty coverage, and the items cost used for repair to help organizations make the most cost effective decisions based on the full set of data available.

Once a repair decision has been made, the Repair Order Module provides the Repair Depot Supervisors and Technicians with the tools needed to efficiently manage their team's work orders, including the ability to assign and track repair tickets, monitor repair status, and track resources required for each repair.

  • Search and select stock items from Venice Inventory required to repair asset.
  • Track cumulative repair cost over the life of each asset.
  • Track maintenance, premature failure, multi-failure and dead-on-arrival data.
  • Associate both internal and external repair costs with current asset value.
  • Track asset warranty information for cost recovery or to flag for external repair under warranty/service contract.
  • Utilize repair history data to identify common failure modes.
  • Differentiate between repairs and refurbishments for repair history tracking.
