Venice 5 Shopping provides a convenient, automated method for those in the field to request the materials they require. From any connected workstation, users can search the catalogs and/or inventory sites that are open to them, view detailed information and images for each available item, and add those items to their current shopping basket until they are ready to submit their requests. Alternatively, users can request items by simply entering in their requests manually through the Quick Buy feature.

Venice 5 Shopping can greatly reduce the amount of paperwork your organization generates by allowing remote and local users to create "lists" of items over time that can be sent electronically to Purchasing or Inventory for fulfillment. Once shopping is completed, items in the cart will be electronically routed through an approval process or direct to the user who has the authority to create a requisition, purchase order, or inventory issue document for those items.
